CUBESAT- Radio Front ends

The project developed for our client was regarding the full design review of the three RF front ends for a Cubesat system. We taken in charge the complete revision of schematics and in particular of the layout that has been redesigned from scretch.
The RF guidelines has been implemented during the review, so all the test has been passed with success.

L-Band Transmitter board

beacon board The final RF output stage for the transmitter consists of a RF power amplifier (1.5W). Power detection circuit is also provided.
It’s a single board, communication to/from the OBC is done via two wire BUS.

S-BAND Receiver board

S-band BoardCommunication system for Cubesat using the S-band is adequate for lower-data-rate missions operating in LEO.
It’s a single board, receiving multiple channel, using band selection filtes, to a common RF path, the communication to/from the OBC is done via two wire BUS.

SUB-GHz Receiver board

Sub-GHz boardMultiple channel receiver using band selection filters to a common RF path. It’s a single board, communication to/from the OBC is done via two wire BUS.
